What denominations are Gift Cards available in?

Our Gift Cards are available in whole dollar denominations from $10 - $500.

What is the minimum purchase quantity?

When purchasing Gift Cards through our Corporate Gift Cards Program, the minimum order is 10 cards. If purchasing less than 10 cards, please visit

Is there an expiry date on Gift Cards?

USD and CAD Gift Cards do not expire.

Are carriers available for gift giving?

Carriers are not available at this time.

How many gift cards can be redeemed at check out?

Only one gift card can be redeemed per online booking, but multiple gift cards may be combined into one gift card with a maximum value of $2000 by visiting the balance transfer tab found at If the amount of the booking exceeds the value of the gift card, additional payment will be due with a credit or debit card. When redeeming, hotel booking must be paid for in advance of arrival to the hotel by selecting the “Pay Now” option, instead of “Pay Later” at the hotel. Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions.

A Gift Card cannot be used for:

  • Bookings paid for at the hotel
  • Bookings made over the phone
  • Package bookings i.e. hotel + flight
  • Bookings made through Group Travel Services
  • Bookings made prior to receipt of Gift Card

Purchasing Gift Cards

How can I purchase Gift Cards?

If you are purchasing less than 10 Gift Cards, please visit If you are ordering 10 or more Gift Cards, please create an online account for easy ordering. Using our online system will ensure accuracy of your gift card order.

Do I get any type of confirmation regarding my order?

Yes. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to confirm your order, amount and payment type.

What is an order number?

An order number is a unique number that is supplied to you in the confirmation email.

What if I can't find my email with the order number?

If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours, please complete the Contact Us form below using "I can’t find my Order Confirmation Number" as the Subject of Inquiry and we will resend the order confirmation email to you.

Are the cards sent with any monetary value on them?

Yes. All orders are sent active once payment has been submitted and received by NGC.

Are there any service fees associated with the purchase of Gift Cards?

We do not apply any service fees or extra charges. Orders over 200 cards will incur an additional shipping fee that is calculated at the time of checkout.

Can I pay for Gift Cards by credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard or Amex. The other methods of payment are wire transfer, Electronic Fund Transfer, ACH or check.

Can I get an invoice to generate payment?

Your invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed. If you do not receive an invoice, please complete the Contact Us form below using "I did not receive my invoice" as the Subject of Inquiry.

Do the cards have to be pre-paid before you ship them?

Yes, payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

What is the turnaround time?

Orders are processed within 48 – 72 hours from the time payment is received. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping.

How do I get the Gift Cards?

Once you have placed your order we will ship out the Gift Cards via UPS Worldwide Express for Canadian orders and UPS Ground for US orders.

Can I return any unused Gift Cards

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Who is NGC?

NGC is’s North American gift card fulfillment partner. All corporate gift card orders will be processed and fulfilled by the team of gift card experts at NGC.

Use and Communication Guidelines

Our company would like to run a promotion using Gift Cards as a prize or incentive. How can I do that?

We do not blanket consent to Gift Cards being used in consumer promotions or programs with conditional offers.

Can I use logos and/or images on my materials?

Please note that we do not allow for the use of our logos, trademarks, or images on any correspondence or promotional material. This is because use and reproduction of logos and trademarks is likely to mislead the public into thinking that your company has an authorized relationship with

Can I have a photo or mock up of the Gift Card?

As noted above, we do not permit the use of any images on any correspondence or promotional material. Any reproduction of the Gift Card is strictly prohibited by law.

Can I have my company's logo printed on Gift Cards?

We are unable to print your logo on Gift Cards. They are pre-printed and pre-packaged at the same time for security purposes and any markings on the Gift Cards other than the production specifications will render them null and void.

Business Gifts

If your program involves gift-giving as a gesture of good will to your employees or corporate customers with no promotional tie-in, the use of Gift Cards is allowed, subject to Gift Cards prior legal and brand approval. Please note that the use of the name in an accompanying letter may be permitted, subject to prior legal and brand approval. The use of the Gift Card logos or trademarks is prohibited.

Employee Rewards

If your program involves rewarding employees or corporate customers, the use of Gift Cards is allowed, subject to, LP prior legal and brand approval. Please note that the use of the name may be permitted, subject to prior legal and brand approval. The use of the logos or trademarks is prohibited.

Consumer Promotions

Please note that we do not consent to Gift Cards being used in consumer promotions. The use of the name, logos, and trademarks in any consumer communications is prohibited.
